The Passionate and Powerful Portland Willamette Valley Chapter is excited to host the 70th Annual Far West Region Teen Leadership Conference: “Blackness is Greatness”. The purpose of the Teen Conference is to create a forum for Jack and Jill teens to engage in leadership development activities, including educational, cultural, recreational, social, and philanthropic programs by and for teens of the Far West Region; and to interpret the programs and promote the projects of the national organization as they pertain to the teens.
